Jeremy Ruff


Jeremy, co-founder and Managing Director of Real PM, has an enviable track record in the fields of property development and construction and is noted for his astute project management skills and business acumen. He is very well respected for having a cool head and for being a shrewd negotiator. He is admired by clients for his close attention to detail whilst retaining the bigger commercial picture. Jeremy’s early years with Laing, both in the UK and internationally, followed by an extensive period as a Director of Mace Ltd, has provided the depth and breadth to perform and succeed at the highest level. He has been running the consultancy jointly with Geraint from its conception.

Geraint Roberts


Geraint, also co-founder of Real PM, is recognised as a leading practitioner in the field of project phasing, planning and construction logistics. An early career path in site production planning and control on complex major projects has provided him with excellent technical expertise and demonstrated Geraint’s capacity for successfully solving complicated programme problems to the delight of clients and other project stakeholders. He has significant experience in both the UK and International markets and hence a wealth of knowledge to call upon when analysing the complexities of a scheme. Geraint started his career with a main contractor before moving into the project management/consultancy market with Mace Ltd and as such developed his technical experience in live working place environments.

Steve White

Associate Director – Senior Project / Programme Manager

Steve is an Associate Director and Senior Project/Programme Manager who is known for his solid, rational approach and thorough understanding of construction processes with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. Steve has worked within multi-disciplinary design, main contracting and consultancy organisations, this has provided him with excellent skills through all phases of construction projects, for example, establishment and implementation of front end strategic management plans & programmes, providing tender logistics, methodology solutions and tender & construction planning for a wide range of projects. In addition to having a range of experience across various market sectors, Steve has experience in different forms of contract management including the successful delivery of numerous D&B contracts.

Nathan Bryant

Associate Director - Project Manager

Nathan is an Associate Director and an experienced Project Manager / Planning Engineer with over 20 years in the industry. His experience of both pre construction and delivery phases working for both Consultant and Contractor is invaluable. He is well liked and respected for his honest, upfront and direct approach to problem solving, coupled with a broad knowledge of construction processes and techniques. His recent experience includes work in a pre-construction capacity on Angel Court for Stanhope and a number of complex planning / pre con roles in the West End .Residential Towers and BSF Framework projects. He is used to managing complicated refurbishment schemes that incorporate phasing of works around live office environments. This diverse experience base allows Nathan to interpret the specific requirements of both small and large-scale projects thus ensuring their successful implementation and delivery for Clients and Stakeholders alike. Nathan operates as both a Project Manager and Client Representative with great success.

Philip Soleil

Senior Project Manager

Phil is a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with over 20 years’ experience, gained by providing a range of development/project management services within the construction and property industry Phil utilises a wide range of skills, personal attributes and management expertise to achieve effective and successful results to any given situation or task. He is always ‘hands-on’ when it comes to managing projects and his broad experiences of all sectors / disciplines help him pre-empt problems. He retains an ability to work in both the detail and at strategic level top the clients benefit. Phil is an excellent Employers Agent / Representative and Contract Administrator.

Leigh Rogers

Senior Project Manager

Leigh is a Senior Project and Programme Manager who has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry both in the United Kingdom and in the Middle East. He is known for his honest approach and his personal skills which underpin the experience he has in the different market sectors and forms of construction. He initially worked as a planner for John Laing both tendering and on site which is where he developed a detailed understanding of construction techniques and developed his strategic and logical approach to construction. He subsequently moved into a project management position whilst he was overseas where he supplemented and built on these skills. Leigh has a direct and hands on approach for delivering projects and develops a strong collaborative approach with Contractors and Clients.

Chris Burns

Project Manager

Chris is Project Manager with excellent all-round skills. His career has taken him from Contractor Site Management / Project Management to Client Side Project Management. His background assists greatly when administering construction projects and allows him to develop a collaborative style with the Contractor and Consultant, Currently developing complimentary programming skills Chris is constantly striving to develop into a Senior Project Manager. Chris is engaged on high end commercial office schemes and retail schemes in London.

Emma Wood

Senior Planning Manager

Emma is a Senior Planner / Programme Manager who is known for her solid, rational approach and thorough understanding of construction processes with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Emma has spent the majority of her career working for national contractors and has acquired a wealth of experience that forms the basis for all the programming / phasing / logistical studies and monitoring that she undertakes currently. She has worked exclusively in the London market and as such has excellent experience to draw on when working on schemes in the City. Emma joined RPM in 2010 and has made the transition to consultancy very easily and is a valued team member. She has worked on several schemes where her in- depth construction knowledge has been invaluable to our Clients. She is innovative, methodical and logical in her approach to planning major projects.

Simon Lawson

Senior Project Manager

Simon is a senior Project Manager with major scheme delivery experience as a Contractor, Client PM and Representative. His background as an M&E Manager has helped improve the business skill / knowledge here. Simon joined RPM in the summer of 2016 after completing a Client PM role for BP. His experience and attention to detail plus his ability to lead a large project team has and is invaluable to Clients and to RPM.

Matthew Jones

Senior Project Manager

Matthew is a Project Manager with excellent commercial and project delivery skills. He develops a clear strategy for a scheme and implements them in a collaborative style. Having worked as a Quantity Surveyor and also on the Client/Investor side, Matthew has a complete spectrum of knowledge to draw upon. Matthew joined RPM in 2015 and is successfully managing both commercial and retail schemes, he is equally adept negotiating projects with Clients/Tenants/Contractors alike, and reaching proper conclusions and outputs for each.

Carmen Bravo

Senior Planning Manager

Carmen is an Experienced Construction Planner of medium and large-scale operations with over 8 years of construction experience. RPM welcomed Carmen in January 2017. She is Dedicated, creative and passionate about her work, developing her career in a multidisciplinary environment, working together with design, commercial and construction teams in order to reach project goals.

Raman Sharma

Senior Project Manager

Raman is an experienced and qualified Senior Project Manager and Employer’s Agent with over 10 years of demonstrated experience and working history in the construction industry. His industry experience includes working with top tier Projects Management consultancies such as EC Harris, Stace LLP, Bruce Shaw, and Real PM.

Raman has an excellent track record of delivery and management of projects through entire life cycles and of varying sizes and complexities. He has strong experience in the development of mixed-use, high-end residential and education sectors. He has sound Project Management and Employer’s agent skills with the JCT suite of contracts along with solid contract management, administration, and negotiation skills.

Raman graduated with a BSc Project Management for Construction degree from the University College of London (UCL). He is a full member of the Association of Project Management, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a fully qualified mediator from CEDR. He is seeking to become a Fellow at the CIArb imminently and furthering his career within the ADR arena.

Gari Nicholas

Senior Planning Manager

Gari is a highly regarded Senior Planning Manager. His background is heavily engineering, infrastructure and rail led, this experience comes from major infrastructure and rail schemes both internationally and currently in the UK. He is very experienced at programming during both pre-construction and construction phases, and as a result is a key asset for monitoring roles on major schemes. Gari is a very thorough planner with excellent management and communicable skills. He is at ease preparing and presenting complex phasing plans and integrates into any team easily.

Philipp Braunwalder

Head of Administration

Philipp joined Real PM in the summer of 2020 from New York. He has taken over business administration, having worked previously in Corporate Development for our parent company Turner Construction. Philipp holds an MBA from Georgetown University.

Lisa Bergin

Office Manager

Lisa joins Real PM with 12+ years of Office, Operations, and Customer Service experience with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry. With a passion for organisation and helping people, she has all things Office covered!
