Development: The scheme comprises of full demolition of the former Vinopolis site, including full strip out and retention of the historic arches under the railway viaduct. The scheme will see the preservation of the existing historic Victorian facades. The project, when completed, will include circa 160,000 sq/ft of retail, 22,000 sq/ft leisure and 49,000 sq/ft of offices.
