The Contract Administrator/ Employers Agent role is fundamental to the smooth running of any construction contract yet the role is often given inadequate attention until a serious problem arises. At RPM we employ technically strong staff who prioritise and proactively engage in the CA/EA role, to this end we are confident in our ability to make timely decisions; manage the expeditious flow of information and understand and administrate the formal contract.
