Development:  The scheme comprises of a full demolition and New Build project of a high end Commercial Office Scheme in the City of London to create 14,416 sq.m (155,173 sq.ft) GEA of office accommodation. The Project comprises the demolition of the existing buildings and structures, and the design and construction of a new office building comprising 7 storeys plus basement and associated hard and soft landscaping, roof top plant, accessible terraces, access and servicing, ancillary cycle parking, and other associated works.

Real PM Services:   RPM were originally appointed to carry out a Programme Management and Procurement Management role. The role involved day to day PM of the project and management of the on-site activities and planning process. We are now employed as the Project Manager and Employer’s Agent for the Main Works.
